Vets4Pets - Sittingbourne

Always satisfied. Everyone is so lovely at the practice and our fur babies feel safe when there. We also received a lovely card when we lost one of our fur babies in April and it's little things like this that we both like about Sittingbourne.

Just came here to say how lovely the vets are here.Have had nothing but professional service and my dogs are always so well treated.

Vets4pets Sittingbourne were absolutely amazing with my dog today. He went in for neutering I was very anxious and so was he. They completely put my mind at ease with whatsapp updates and treated him with the upmost care and respect. He is now home resting. From the reception staff to vets they are so professional and friendly I can't thank them enough.

The whole experience from reception, booking appointment to the actually appointment with the Vet was very good. All staff were pleasant, friendly & professional to. The vets surgery appeared very clean. Can't fault it. Thank you

All staff I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. My dogs were put at ease by the vet, and the whole experience was a good as possible for my Dogs.

Staff were lovely. Vet was knowledgeable Not my usual vets only went for a vaccination that my vet can't do. Priced well and good overall experience

I am absolutely appalled at the way my dad has been treated here...after 4weeks of dad going back and forth..literally taking thousands from my dad. Refusing to give his best pal pain killers or sedatives unless he has a scan or ultra sound. Knowing that he was deteriating in front of our eyes. Insisting on blood tests every week. Although his liver levels were high, dad was then told it would be ok to put his pooch out to have his teeth done. The nurses in blue laughed. The ladies in white were superb and apologetic.. last liver blood test unbelievably high. They were advised of his symptoms, he dropped wait rapidly, yet they told my dad he was fine.he was walking in circles, bashing into doors falling over ..seeing it before it looked like tia's. They hurt him on 2nd to last visit..they took him for a postrate test.. he yelped and yelped, my granddaughter was so upset. They are scum... 4weeks ago, no problems whatsoever. They are all about money. We were told the day I took him to put him to sleep..we think You need a ultra sound..He couldn't walk, he hadn't eaten, he hadn't gone to the toilet, he wasn't compos mentis We knew he was dying, he had been pacing from 12.30 that night non stop till I got to my dad's at 10.30 in the morning, hiding in corners, putting his head in every book and cranny.... We went home to discuss next steps. I said no cremation.. I called to pay bill, they had added 420 for cremation of a little 11.4lb. I was told by a vet, their rules are to keep animals alive..I said that it not circa cruel. Considering they refused to give him pain killers or sedatives

The whole team were very friendly and helpful.I had forgot my handbag mobile and purse and the team were super helpful I was still able to see the nurse and my daughter was able to pay on her mobile I can't thank you all enough

I have a very nervous rescue dog who came in to be spayed. The staff where so caring and considerate to my dog. I felt relaxed during the procedure knowing she was in safe hands. The after care treatment was very well explained as well the actual procedure.

Can always get a appointment if needed, lovely clean practice and staff are lovely and friendly
