I visited today from Cardiff with my 25 year old son with autism. I didn’t catch the name of the young man working but he was so helpful, and checked up us to make sure we were ok. That means a lot in our special needs world. Great experience. We will be back. X

Used to be absolutely lovely here playing games alongside my partner, just a shame that some folks (not the staff) ruined the experience here. I used to bring my own external SSD to play games that I wanted to from my steam library, sadly the staff had to revoke the privilege as other customers were abusing that.The staff have always been lovely and very accommodating, nothing against them at all. Just a shame that the rules had to change because a select few were messing around with the machines - I understand why they did it, just a shame I can't go back with the games I want to play :(

I went to two different BELONG by GAME locations and they were both incredible. The value for money to be able to get a month long pass for only £15 is insane even though I was only there for 4 days.The main age range of people I saw coming in were probably around 8-15 with a few slightly older people coming through so there was a bit of childish screaming and tears (anyone who's played online CoD can harken back to their younger years and know what I'm on about) but otherwise very solid.The gear you use is solid enough to play most games at a high FPS rate, the mice and keyboards are fairly run of the mill.Long story short, if I ever moved to over to the UK I wouldn't bother buying my own PC but would much prefer to just use their gear. Would recommend for anybody.

Great spot to chill and play some games when you have some free time. Great selection of games on both PC and console. Helpful staff are always on hand.Sometimes games require an update or install which eats into your allocated time. This can be a little frustrating but the staff have always offered us extra time to mitigate this.Worth a visit if you have a few hours to kill.

Absolute joke! Rang and booked four young boys for my son’s party. Arrived and no booking. The lady staff was rude and left us in the doorstep and the excuse was we are short staffed and could come back at 11.30. My son’s birthday ruined. They also told me on the phone they had VR’s but haven’t! Will not be coming back.

Good, could be faster,Finished playing, wanting to return controller, took so long I just decided to leave the controller at desk where we were waiting and walked out

Not sure what was going on but it looked as if there were only around 3 people on the computers when inquired about playing, too... Was told to wait 5 minutes by a staff member, who was then let off their shift. We went to another member of staff after 5 minutes, who then told us that it was their busiest day of the week... (No-one else had walked into the shop to even ask about using the computers).Confusing experience.

We have had The Great and stressless party that Everybody enjoyed. The host was fab and we didn't even need to tidy up! Highly recommended venue.Thank you!

So, to save this being an essay of a review, here are the main points to be weary of if booking a large group:Emails take ages to respond, you have to pester to get a response sometimesPhoning? Make sure you’ve got the right number, the one listed on google was disconnectedWas told that everything was installed into every pc/ console and ready to go but some games were missing or still needed updatedSpent most of the time trying to set up the games to get everybody in

Great place for a kids Gamer Party! Staff were super friendly and helpful, good choice of games for the age group (7-10 year olds). Clean and tidy venue, slushie included and they even ensured we got free parking too! Would definitely recommend for a kids party if your little ones are into gaming :)
