Legitimately some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I paid extra for 3 day delivery 23 days ago and it still isn't here. I wouldn't mind so much if they replied to my emails but they won't.

I do not recommend. Half my order was shipped no problem the other half was out of stock, which is fine as I allowed plenty of time. 2 weeks after the stock was ‘due in’ (according to dates on my invoice) I contacted to see when the rest of my order would be dispatched to be told ‘it will be dispatched shortly’. A week and a half later It still had not been dispatched and still no contact from them. I contact again and only then was it actually dispatched. Not a single apology in all of that communication. Terrible customer service. I would avoid.

Advertises obsolete" products that have long been unavailable on their website
