If i could give lower rateing i would have ,bought a Jurassic World Dinosaur Tracker Helicopter stickers on product all pealing off rota blades only conected upside down and lasted 5minutes of play time verrry disappointed is an understatement how can a company send out such rubbish toys

Just bought toy story 4 paint your own figures for my daughters birthday totally feel ripped off the figures were chipped and the paint you have to mix up to 4 different colours to make brown how does a 7year old do this easier to put the colours needed in .

If I could have rated lower than one star I would have. -5 would have been better.I visited as a class one HGV driver. The yard is extremely tight. It would be fine if it wasn’t for hundreds of pallets being stored opposite the loading bays. Blindside reverse onto almost all bays.I came to pick up 13 pallets. After 2 hours on a bay they put one pallet on my truck. That old trick!! After 4hrs they started putting the rest on.No facilities for drivers. Rude staff. Sort it out.

Loads off agency workers and handball of the containers well terrible hard work for 7.50 an hour slave labour was ruled out many years ago avoid at all costs

Id rate it half a star if I could. Awful company to work for staff are rude. Full of people who cant speak English. Was harassed off men. Rubbish wage. Long hours! Like working as a slave. Would never recommend anyonw to work here!!!!!!!

what a fantastic company- donating toys to schools, for those that are going through a tough time. I'm sure there will be plenty of smiles on childrens faces come christmas day.

Fabulous service by this company. Opened a tie dye set with my 7 year old grand daughter to find the dye missing! A quick phone call to sambro and a new set being sent out. Customer service as it should be. Many thanks
