Dr M B Kent - West Road Surgery

An awful surgery receptionist was so rude heard all 3 laughing and joking about rude patients.treated me like dirt why was I hear to book an appointment when I had tried previously on the phone for 30 to 40 minutes to book an appointment without success. Did not ask my name was very rude it sounded like she barked at me. When I asked her how did she book my appointment when she didn't ask my name. How can they employ such people. Zero tolerance for patients being rude but what about staff are we worth nothing to be talked to like this.

An excellent doctor

I have to say one of the best doctors surgery in Essex, they give continuity and reassurance as well as excellent patient care. The staff in the reception are totally patient orientated, kind caring and am proud to be a patient at this surgery.
