Rhys has been invaluable to my partner and I. We were as awkward as possible - a mix of employments and self employments - and he always made us feel well informed of our options. Not to mention how quickly he was able to resolve any queries we had, even outside of work hours. Myself and my partner first decided to go through the bank, however having to book appointments with the bank for sometimes the week after slowed down the application and over complicated everything.After the first conversation with Rhys we decided he would be the best course of action. No task was too big or too small, no question too silly and being able to contact him whenever we needed him was a great help and made everything so much quicker and easier.
