Great place to train. Really friendly atmosphere. Coaches are well trained and won't push you above your fitness levels. Always checking if you are ok.I would highly recommend this gym. Can't say enough positives as it would take all day.

What a super gym!! Totally blown away!I was so nervous never having never exercised before and undertook the 30 day challenge! Having had my first months result's... solid weight loss and inches off I can't rate them enough.The team are fun, professional and keep encouraging you to work through your sessions.It's given me great focus and clarity and I always look forward to my next gym session!!Couldn't rate them highly enough.Claire

Brilliant place, run by friendly yet truly motivated coaches who are there to push and get you round the circuit but all the time finding that balance of putting you at ease. I cannot recommend this gym enough from the top class equipment, staff and other users

Absolutely LOVE this place, been twice and I am already addicted. The staff are AMAZING and hilarious, so encouraging whilst making it so much fun. It isn't intimidating for women in the slightest and I would recommend to anyone who wants a laugh and great work out. Loving it so much, cant recommend enough

Nothing short of being absolutely brilliant. I Greatly underestimated Box3, the atmosphere was very friendly and felt very comfortable, no pressure and with excellent support from a great team of coaches who are always there to motivate and guide you. Workouts were intensive and loads of fun with a great sense and feelings of achievement after the session. I can't recommend them enough. I Definitely look forward to more sessions. Great way to stay fit.

I finished the 6 week challenge about a month ago and continue to now attend box 30 about 3 times a week as a member. The whole team at Box 30 have taught me exercises and pushed me to achieve in a supportive yet fun way. I’ve never felt judged or out of place it’s such an inclusive environment. For me it’s not been so much about weight loss although I have lost lbs it’s been about toning up and feeling stronger in both my body and my mind. I have also completed a few sessions alongside my dad who got me into Box 30 earlier this year and at 70 inspires me to keep my fitness goals a priority. Thank-you Maria, Dean, Lou and KellyPaula
