Had my puppy groomed here for the first time. Amazing staff and really happy with the groom. A complete transformation. I will be back in a few months for another Groom.

I have a 6 month old newfoundland puppy and he's already larger than most medium dogs. I loved how instead of tieing him down, the lady sat on the floor with him to get him properly brushed. He was very energetic with him being a puppy and very easily excitable, however, the lady was being very patient with him and as gentle as you can be with a giant breed. His first ever experience was a very good one and that's all I could have hoped for. Thank you!!

Brilliant service, first time I have used a groomers for my 8 year old. Messaged for advice regarding hair cuts and the heat and was given information and an appointment swiftly. Great service and very pleased with the hair cut on my dog, will use again

I had a rescue dog and was desperately in need of her getting pampered no were would fit me in till I turned up to rubys carlie was absolutely wonderful she got me in at 9 the next day and did a amazing job with luna she had the time and patience to care for her and give her the TLC she desperately needed she came out a different dog she looked beautiful and was showed nothing but kindness I would not go anywhere else with my luna it is rubys all the way for luna she went on Monday and came out beautiful again and smelling delicious ❤️ thank you Carlie see you in a few weeks

After rescuing my little Cocker Spaniel, Angus, he was in a bit of a state and had matting on his coat etc. clearly he hadn’t been groomed for a long time. He is also a very nervous little man so I had to be careful not to cause him any further anxiety. I was recommended to visit Carlie at Ruby’s Posh Paws and I am so glad I did. She firstly allowed me to stay with my little man and she had such a calming and friendly nature that Angus was comfortable. She took her time with him and gained his trust. She has made him happy again. The whole thing was unrushed and it was clear that she put Angus’s needs first. She was an absolute star and we will be visiting again in a few weeks for a little touch up. She bathed him afterwards and he is now so happy, running around the house feeling so much better. Cannot recommend enough. 5 star ⭐️ service with a smile. Thank you so much Carlie. Jeff x
