Awful. Took my fully working iphone 6 in for a screen replacement, showed the owner that it was working, and half an hour later after he attempted to change the screen my phone was no longer working. He asked to keep it overnight so he could check what the problem was and told me to call in the morning at 10. I called 5 times at 10 and got no answer. Went back to the shop and found that it's still not working.He says it is a motherboard problem, and not his fault because he never touched the motherboard" to which I argued that it's impossible to change the screen/battery without touching the motherboard

I hate this shop. They ruined my girlfriend iPhone XR for £115 !! Plus £250 of oficial Apple reparation for the disguise. The facial recognition is not working anymore but .... TERRIBLE. DON ‘T GO ☠️☠️☠️

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!They did not fix my laptop but said they had. The exact same problem was evident when I collected it. I flagged this do them but you do not have the option of not paying them as they will litterally not give your product back until you have paid, so you end up paying under pressure to get your phone or computer back.I hope they get thoroughly investigated for their extreme malpracticeI have only given 1 star as there is not optiopn for zero stars

Originallg told me £45 to change me tablet, then changed to £55 didnt send it on time. Was rude to my wife and charged her £60... to top it off he stole the sim card from the tablet which makes my tablet now pointless.hate the guy, such a rude service, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

No fuss IPhone 6S screen repair in 45mins! £40. Job done. No issues.

Absolutely appalling service. 'Fixed' partners iPhone screen and put on a plastic screen. This has chipped and cracked in less than 2 months. We had to return today because we never received the promised invoice. Took 10 minutes of him faffing about but I eventually did it. Asked about the screen he 'fixed' and he said it was normal wear and tear...do not buy anything or get anything fixed.

Horrible experience! Ruined my Ipone XR. Changed screen for £115. The screen keep frozen, face id is ruined for ever! Never again!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! went here with a Brand new Iphone 6 with a smashed screen. His 'replacement screen' cracked when placing my phone into it's new case, damaging the display significantly). Even though I was ensured that any problems at all within the first week and it could be re- done or refunded this was not the case when I visited the shop less than a week later. Very rude staff, who have taken £50 and have now cost me £275 in repairs!

I went in for a screen protector for an iphone 11, fitted poor quality product that made the screen not function.Went back there to get it replaced for a thinner one (which he fits poorly) , he cracks the old screen protector when taking it off and accuses me of bringing a different phone into the shop.Poor customer service and poor products.Avoid.

Joke shop. Took my sons laptop in after he’d spilled cola on it. This guy said he could fix it! After 2 weeks I collected the laptop, took it home. Switched on but obvs still not working.Went back in and asked him what he’d done to “fix” it. He said he’d cleaned it. Right ok then. Gave him £85 and took it to Altrincham IT. Paid for an engineers report as I was going to claim on the insurance....Was told not only had it not been cleaned. This joker hadn’t even taken the back off it!! Had he actually taken the back off and cleaned it. The laptop could have been saved. I claimed for a new one in the end.Went back in for a refund. Had a blazing row in front of other customers. Still not got my money back because he wants to see the computer again. He’s going to show me how he cleaned it without removing the back I think. Then explain where the cola came from after he’d cleaned it. God knows how this place is still in business.
