I bought two pairs of glasses from here six months ago paying £250 one pair has been fine but the more expensive flex ones have been no end of trouble with the arms coming off twice i have taken them back again today asking if I could swap them for a better pair to which the assistant would not reply he just put new screws in and then refused to speak to me. I Would not recommend this Opticians for service or customer care.

Love this opticians! As I need to wear glassAll the time and their price is cheaper than I have found anywhere else for my varifocals.It means that I can get more that one pair.Plus I am able to buy 'fun' frames from ebay and they will happily supply lenses.Excellent service... Gone there several yrs now after being recco'd by a friend. Even though I live in Leeds I keep returning to them. Definitely worth giving them a try.

I went for my eyes testing last week and I was made to feel so welcome by all the staff. I felt like I had a thorough examination and was made to feel at ease through out. They have lots of frames to choose from and really helped me choose the best glasses for me. I got my glasses back the same day and felt really happy with the service I received.
