We engaged Victoria Fletcher to handle the sale of our flat in Hale Village, Tottenham Hale. It was a tricky sale, because of the cladding / Building Safety Act, but Victoria really knew her stuff; had great contacts; and was with us every step of the way through a somewhat turbulent transaction. Her services were pricier than others, but we'd easily hire her again; and I know a couple of our neighbours — who also completed a sale with her — would also agree!
