awful. the guy doing my manicure was so rough and snipped my cuticles WAY too low - ended up bleeding for a couple hours after i left and he actually took a chunk of my finger skin off. the gel nails began to peel the same night as i got in the shower - i didn't pick them at all after i got them. upon going back and asking for a refund the (already quite rude) staff were even ruder - insinuating that i was lying about my nails peeling off. girls come in and get pretty nails just for one night out". was refused a refund - had to speak to the manager in the middle of the room as he was halfway through doing someone else's nails - hardly even looked up to address me. worst nail salon in norwich - spend money on those worth your time not these w*nkers."

My daughter and I had in fills, the lady and men that did both our nails were very gentle, took their time and the end result was perfect. Thank you we will be back

First time in years I've had the chance to get my nails done, absolutely love them. All the staff were friendly. The man who did my nails took so much care and got them exactly how I wanted, couldn't recommend this place enough.

I was sceptical with all the negative reviews but don’t regret my decision to get my nails done here. They were really gentle with my hands, friendly and took the time to make sure everything was right. From my experience, it was the customers that were quite rude to the staff; huffing and rolling eyes. For example, some came in an hour before closing expecting to be seen when it was packed. When told they were full and to come back tomorrow, they huffed and said ‘urgh, I’ll take my services elsewhere’ like anywhere else wouldn’t busy on a Friday evening. Others complained about the wait time after only 20 minutes. Overall, I’m pleased with my nails and their customer service.

Took my daughter and her friend here without an appointment to see if they could squeeze them both in for a simple paint, they did do straight away and the girls were very pleased with the results, only £15 as child discount and the salon was a lot cleaner than other nail salons I've used in the city

been coming here for years every now and then and have never had a bad experience. staff are very polite and always meet up to my expectations.

My nails looked exactly like the photo I asked for, £40 for ombré and glitter acrylics so good price

Had infills and gel polish, i went for a light pink with white tips ,i took a picture in how i wanted my nails. Sorry didn't get the guys name but very gentle and I'm pleased with the end result.

The lady that did my nails was not nice , I told her that I didn't like the shape she was making but she did nothing, she was busy chatting to her colleagues while doing my nails. When she was done she made me put my nails on the dryer and left me and started with another person, I had to go to her after 30 minutes to ask if my nails are dry and if I can then go , she just said yes and didn't even look at me. The edges of nails were not painted evenly this really spoiled my birthday.

I absolutely love this nail salon and wouldn't go, to any other. Brilliant nails everytime, as well as wonderful and welcoming staff. Few pictures of different sets I've had done, added to my review.
