Fantastic experience! Nathan was incredibly helpful in planning what we needed. We booked a hen party weekend in Bristol and it all ran so smoothly. The hotel was fantastic as well as the sports day we booked! Couldn’t be happier!

Very helpful, easy booking system. We stayed at beatnik central Brighton moondale house which was lovely accomodation, well equipped. There was 20 of us and the house fitted us all in fine. Large kitchen party area and lovely jacuzzi. Location was brilliant, less than 5 minute walk to the seafront and the house owner very helpful and stays in communication throughout the stay. Would definately recommend using adventure connections and moondale house. Would use again in the future.

This was booked as a hen do for my friend and we were charged 70£ for flower crowns. The flowers used were not as advertised and used tacky styrofoam flowers. Everyone was disappointed and the person running the party just kept making excuses for the poor quality supplies. I wouldn’t use again or recommend.

The Pavilion Gatehouse is perfect for a big group stay. Justin was very communicative and the entire process from pre-arrival to checkout was incredibly smooth. He's a very accommodating host and I felt his flexibility and responsiveness really elevated our trip. The kitchen and dining amenities were very well suited for feeding many people (we comfortably fed and fit 23!), and we had zero issues with bathroom or bed space. The house also has a keycode to enter which was a huge win with so many people. And I cannot say enough about the location! We were very central to everything we wanted to get to (5 min walk the lanes, 5 min walk to the beach). Highly recommend!

Great contact throughout, we only got accommodation through them but they were brilliant and the house was amazing! A huge mansion in Scotland, just perfect for my sisters hen party!

Please take the time to read if considering booking with Adventure Connections. I experienced particularly poor customer service resulting in the loss of a £1000 security deposit.Following a large accommodation booking which was originally for 3 nights as per my initial enquiry, due to very poor communication and a unreliable online portal (where bookings are viewed), my booking was made for two nights, despite being told over the phone that for my chosen accommodation it was for a minimum of 3 nights (Fri - Mon). I even tried to reduced my booking to 2 nights in order to save costs, but was told it was not possible. 3 nights it was. After two nights the cleaners arrived expecting to clean the house. We were ready to vacate but one person (of the 18 person group) was hoping to stay a further night to make use of the 3 night booking I believed to have made. I advised that we were expecting to stay until Monday (night 3) but would be happy to leave to avoid incurring extra costs. The cleaners contacted the home owner (I was present for this conversation), explained the situation and it was decided that there was an error with the booking (where the error lay was unclear). We were told it was ok to stay a further night and were even offered use of a small chalet (separate accommodation next door). This was rescinded because the jacuzzi had not been cleaned. The cleaners said one would be back later on in the week and it was a pain but not an issue. At no stage was I told we would incur the costs of another nights stay if we didn’t vacate, even though the home owner was aware of the situation. We would have left if so. Therefore it was a shock to have my £1000 security deposit taken away from me after the home owner contacted the agency on Monday. Adventure connections conceded with the home owner and did not protect my deposit. Nobody in their right mind would one person pay £1000 to stay in a distinctly average property in the UK for one night. I am now forced to pursue legal action to have my security deposit returned.On top of all of this, the online portal where the booking info was stored did not work, the gate/access codes to the property were incorrect, the BBQ was in dog order and the showers didn’t work.Go direct to a home owner, pay less and avoid using this agency at all costs.

We loved our hen house! It was really well appointed, clean and tidy. The team at adventure connections were super responsive and always happy to help. Would highly recommend

Dan was brilliant from the moment I sent my first enquiry in Edinburgh, lots of information on other services/activities available and always a quick response. Nothing was too difficult!Great accommodation and perfect for our needs! Need to start planning the next big event so we can come again!!

Thank you Adventure Connections!!I feared arranging a hen do for 22 people(!) would be a real challenge but the team made it really easy to organise and were always friendly and quick to respond via email/call. The portal meant I could always keep up to date with finances, next instalments etc and contained all of the relevant information in one place.Would highly recommend :)
