Vitality is a good service (they give you free Nero coffees, free cinema tickets…) till you actually need them for something useful. They GP service is over-saturated and they don’t cover a lot of basic things (like dental or glasses).I want to love it but I can’t. Hope to have to edit this review in the future tho.

We were trained to use Bupa’s consultant finder because ours was garbage. Hahahahaha as you sit there as a customer of Vitality thinking Vitality is an absolute joke, you are only scratching the surface. Shouldn’t be long before they fall apart. Best of luck to all their customers

Takes hours to get through for any claim. Had to spend about 7 hours of time sorting one simple thing out with them, they messed it up so bad I almost had debt collectors letters from Nuffield.Eventually they sorted it but took around 3 months and endless times on hold. 4 different people assured me it was all sorted before it was actually sorted.

As you can’t leave zero stars, I’ve had to leave one .. But if I could leave non I would. Do not use Vitality, they never pay out, do everything they can to NOT help you. I also had the miss fortune to work here for a brief stint, it’s an AWFUL HORRIBLE place to work, everyone is clickey, people worked there for 20+ years, it’s impossible to pass probation! They are constantly recruiting for the role which tells you a lot. I rarely leave reviews but this needs to be known.

Vitality are an awful and deceptive company - the at fault driver who hit the back of our car used vitality car insurance. This led to a process that took 1 year for them to admit fault which only happened once the prospect of court was imminent . Vitality spent many months passing the case details between individuals in their company after being issued notice of the claim, each time telling our insurance company it wasn't the right person which would then trigger another 2 week notice period to respond.

Just don't.3 years of cover with them, the only upsides used to be video GP on instant or circa 30 mins and the rewards. Rewards stopped working for me and to get a video appointment you have to wait 4 days or more. Much cheaper to get a video go subscription from pharmacy that includes prescriptions as well.Totally useless claim wise, ignored the moratorium that I have signed and that expired and applied a new one for 2 years.

Joined when I was a member of Virgin Active but when they closed, Vitality not interested. Once you are in , they don't care. Just sent me another box-ticking survey but they don't care. DON'T get trapped like I did. Ditching the policy is top of my agenda when I next meet my Financial Advisor. LOOK very carefully before you leap and don't make my mistake.

There isn’t a star lower than one. Do not trust this company they will promise everything and they couldn’t even get a Gp appointment. The sales staff will try to sell you and get aggressive if you don’t decide and complaints team will not listen to you at all. Simple GP and Physio was not arranged in time and took 3 months for them to respond to complaints

I have had my car insurance with Vitality for two years. The payments are up to date. I had asked for help after the pandemic, as I had lost a chunk of my income and was struggling with the monthly direct debit. They did help me by rearranging the payment date after I said I was in financial hardship. However, I didn't realise their help came at a price. Today, out of the blue, they have told me they will no longer be able to provide me with car insurance after my current term runs out. It is because of my falling behind due to the pandemic - even though I caught up the arrears, they had agreed to help and the policy has never been cancelled or defaulted. So now, I am going to have to pay for new insurance (with a large deposit) when I can ill afford it, even though I am not in arrears with my Vitality policy. They were quite happy to take my money for the past two years. I would NOT recommend them. Most unhelpful when other service providers have been very helpful during and after the pandemic.
