We have received fantastic service from Joe and Laura. Joe presented a wonderful kitchen design that absolutely nailed our brief. Communication and ongoing support has been exemplary. We are very pleased with the final result and would thoroughly recommend 'Home Sweet Home' to anyone looking to renovate/install a new kitchen.

From our initial meeting Joe was brilliant and his knowledge and expertise is clearly shown in how he brings the kitchen design from planning stage into reality. Home sweet home have been courteous, helpful and professional throughout from concept to the end.We only have small kitchen but surprised at how much extra space we now have due to space saving gadgets and drawers.The kitchen is of high quality and we are over the moon with everything. The pink glass splash back and pantry cupboard are items we are glad we didn’t compromise on and have no regrets.The installation by the fitters was perfect and would highly recommend them. Although with every major home project there is distribution it really went smoothly and quickly.Home sweet home are a small business and take care with your requirements. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and the contractors involved.Five stars all the way.

Fantastic ServiceOver the years in various homes we have had quite a few new kitchens fitted and we had been planning this one for quite some time. We had already had a couple of companies design and price up for us – let’s be honest there are so many to choose from out there – when we discovered by chance Home Sweet Home’s display window in Barnstaple. We popped in, just to look round and maybe get some ideas, and were greeted by Joe and Laura the rest, as they say, is history, I cannot recommend them enough.Joe worked with us to design the kitchen and showed us how to keep within our budget, suggested brilliant solutions to awkward shapes, and was always so helpful. The drawings that he produced for us could be the room now they were so detailed. We live in an old house, 3 ft walls and not a straight one in sight, low beamed ceilings and a very odd shaped room, but the design that Joe came up with is fantastic. Apart from looking great and everything being of such a high quality, it works and flows exactly how we need it to. It certainly has given the room the wow factor. Joe and Laura were always at the end of the phone right through from that first meeting to the completion of the kitchen and any problems that arose, were sorted straight away, nothing was too much trouble. Joe recommended a fitter – LME Solutions and their attention to detail married up with Joe’s, the perfect combination. So, if you are considering a new kitchen or bathroom then I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Sweet Home in fact I would actively encourage you to use them. Thanks guys!

Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen - the quality is fantastic and the range of cupboards, worktops and accessories offered by Home Sweet Home was extensive so that we were able to choose exactly the combination we were after and which wasn't on offer at other retailers. The customer service given by Joe and Laura was second to none queries and issues were dealt with immediately, efficiently and in a friendly, personal way - nothing was too much trouble. WOW! helpful, friendly and great products. What more could you ask for?I Popped in on a whim I might be able to find a vase and was met with a friendly welcome from two ladies who couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. As someone who regularly bemoans customer service levels in North Devon, I can't tell you how refreshing this was, and for a small ticket item too.A real treat of a shopping experience. Joe was amazing when designing our kitchen. I never would have thought our tiny little kitchen could look so fantastic, he made sure the space was well utilised down to the last detail. We absolutely adore our new space, all thanks to the design skills at home sweet home! We cannot wait to show of our beautiful new kitchen!

We had a kitchen design and full install including floors by Home Sweet Home in Barnstaple early 2021. From the design to finish, the team have been superb. Joe was very patient with us in the design phase and able to suggest ways to stay on budget and still get the dream kitchen we were after. Nothing was a problem and the team worked quickly to get the job done. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.
