Post Office - Boscombe East & Phillips

Great little shop that offers a lot! There's a post office, an Amazon return facility and plenty of snacks at good prices. Plus the guy that works there is friendly and helpful. It's become my go-to shop.

A very service orientated post office which is very aware of customer needs. Worker friendly opening times and answers questions promptly on line. Excellent.

Really bad weird behaviour service unlike the staff today .I asked young guy at counter with dark hair for a first class stamp .He said he only had 2nd class go to the post office department .I Qeud I waited and the bald guy served me and said he was closing for accounts go to the other till .I said but I was just sent from there to here he has no 1st class stamps. He said he has ! and was serving .I said but he wasn't serving any one the bald guy was flapping at me .I told him to calm down there is no grief I'm just confused what is going on here sending me up and down .The other guy did have First class stamps after all .I said why is your colleague flapping ? Is he ok ? He said no he was defending me ! I said defending???? you for what ??? I'm only here for a first class stamp and been sent up and down the shop like tennis .I don't think I will come back here .He said good we don't need your service we can do with out customers .Well well well I used to be a regular customer there . I shall go else where .Disgusting weird odd behaviour from the staff .I'm owed an apology even if they had a bad day .I was not rude and there were no other customers as closed .I wasn't clearly explained to what was going on and what they was doing behind their counters .was not explained They said they don't needcustomers.says it all true colours show after years of service .You lie in the reply of review there were no customers after me to comment as you were closed on me and even if there was a customer turned up they only just turned up and would not know the scenario and why would you get other customers involved ? And even if their was other customers they just turned up and not seen or heard the scenario fully. But telling them the story would be unprofessional.Just admit you had a bad day .

This place has massively improved. Great range of packaging products and very polite service. Also now it's an Amazon pick up location
