Exactly the same as previous buyer. Sent items back, company did not acknowledge receipt. Then, when asked, acknowledged the return. Refund mysteriously cancelled, company blamed PayPal and me opening a case against them but unfortunately for them I have proof that I only opened the case after they cancelled my refund. Refused to communicate with PayPal or voluntarily give any refund. Case ongoing but I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.Update; had to wait for PayPal to adjudicate in my favour after company refused to cooperate with them.
