Great place to explore Belfast, easy walk to the attractions. Rooms clean and functional, we didn't get any disturbance while we were there. Free tea and coffee in the reception area, with seating area was useful.

We found the staff pleasant, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Our room was basic but adequate. It was clean and comfortable. Both nights were noisy due to pub next door! ☹️

Very warm and friendly staff; was met with a smile whilst checking into reception. The room was a bit on the smaller side than I had expected, with the shower in the room and no separate bathroom. The television screen also had a crack across the screen, so the image was difficult to see. The price felt a little high for that style of room. But it was comfortable and a good distance from the city centre on foot

Rooms are a bit small, but good enough. Very clean. Great location. Free coffee, tea and small pastries (occasionally). Right next to a popular bar that is loud on weekends, so stay towards the back of the hotel. Btw, this is essentially an Ibis hotel, with a different name. Recommended, but bring earplugs, just in case.

Location wise it's perfect. The rest not quite.Rooms not so clean, as the shower floor was slimy. The complementary coffee machines at the Reception were out of order" and only decaff sachets were provided.Overall too expensive for what you get. But you're walking distance from the centre."

I stayed here for a week. I struggled to sleep as it was noisy in the room from loud pubs nearby. The blinds on the window were not blackouts either. If you're a light sleeper, I would advise against staying here. That being said, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Complementary tea and coffee are available in the lobby anytime. The shower and the toilet are clean the rooms get cleaned every day too.I wouldn't use the hotel again, as getting good sleep is essential for me during my stay. Hope this is helpful to other people.

Weird rooms but perfect for a cheap getaway in the centre of Belfast City.We were going to the festival Emerge and managed to book rooms for a fair enough price very last minute. The hotel was filled with people also going to the festival so the general vibes of the hotel were perfect.Location was amazing and staff were very friendly.Would come again for a similar holiday but not for a romantic or quiet get away as there’s a pub next door and lots of people coming in and out of the hotel.

Great central location, good clean rooms,Booking in and check out very easy , able to leave luggage in store room.Breakfast nice for continental and would have liked choice of english breakfast.Rooms would benefit a small fridge /tea coffee facilities.

It was a good experience the staff were friendly and accommodating of our requests. They never moaned or had long faces, even when busy. Breakfast suited the purpose, and my husband and I were happy to stay there. The rooms were small. However, they were organised, and everything had its place. The only downside was the disco music from the pub next door, which went on till 1 am!

Good value, centrally located.Staff all work very hard indeed.Check in and check out was fast.Later checkout available at a cost of £10.Bags can be left after checkout which cost's £2 per bag.Breakfast is self service continental.Rooms are well lit and modern, however on the small side.No separate shower room. So, depending on who you're with and how comfortable you feel naked around them ypu might need to dry in the shower. The shower door opens out into the bedroom and it's located next to the bedside.Bed was comfy.
