Very nice , perfect resense ,very good team

Fantastic home with wonderful staff, each staff member goes above and beyond to help the residents and the visitor. Such a beautiful building that hold so much history as well, would recommend this home! :)

Hilltop Hall is a lovely home. The grounds are stunning, as is the building. My mum is in Hilltop Hall, the staff are amazing, you can always hearing laughing and singing. There is activities in the home, mum loves the knitting group Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I feel assured that my mum is being very well cared for. The management are also amazing, if I have any concerns or queries they were dealt with very quickly and I am always kept to update. I am really pleased with Hilltop Hall.

Although my husband Derek was only in there less than 24 hrs you really made him happy you were all so kind and looked after us after he passed away thank you so much

I visit Hilltop Court weekly and I am very impressed with how the home has improved this year, the staff are incredibly engaged and the care is excellent, well done all.

From the moment we arrived to view the home we were given a lovely warm welcome from staff. I'm sure some were on a well deserved break but they were still very welcoming. We turned up asking for a show around for a potential fast track with no booked appointment and the team could not have been any more accommodating. We were happy with what we saw and the residents we passed were all clean, happy and joining in with activities. My dad made the ambulance journey and lived his last day happy and relaxed at Hilltop Hall. The team we encountered in our short time there were fabulous and couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately dad passed away the day after but we knew he only had days left and everyone was brilliant and couldn't have done any more and went above and beyond for us. Special thanks to the blonde lady in burgundy who got dad's room ready and hugged me when I arrived the morning of his passing but everyone we met was lovely and kind. Thank you

Can't say enough about the dedication from staff my friend got. They were kind, hard working and tended to every need . Even taking him out to the pub one day as this was his last wish. Management always had an open door, Can't thank you all enough.

Wouldnt put my dog in there rooms very small old building Not keep to date, dirty no wash room wheelchair couldn't even get about,,had ARRANGED visit which we were Just left while nurse went off have his dinner management team too busy sitting outside smoking when asked whats going on told what you expecting very high turn over staff always looking says all to leave any family member you wouldnt forgive yourself
