Biggest scam these lots are, very quick to take money and when it comes to refund they avoid at all cost. I had returned their item and in Jan 22 and still waiting for refund, you'll be lucky if you even get hold of the idiots on the phone and whenever I get through all am told is you should receive by tomorrow".Don't bother waste your money here and go elsewhere that has better quality in product and service. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star they don't deserve that....Avoid at all cost.........."

Such a ridiculous company with ridiculous policies put in place that they themselves don't even follow! 30 day refund policy which they don't follow! It's been 34 days and I still don't have my refund. I put the refund through during Ramadan btw. Messing paying customers around during Ramadan and not giving their money back? The Lord is watching. Luckily I paid via PayPal so they can investigate for me! Absolutely atrocious. Don't order from this company seeing as they can't follow their OWN policies.

Very bad company, scammers. If you buy from them, they are not going to send you what you ordered. Then when you call them, they stop answering. If by chance you get to chat with someone, they tell you to post the clothes back with your money and that they will refund everything. But they can't give any confirmation in written. They just say they don't have access to email but, they can make and receive calls as well as chatting live. Rubbish company, ripped me off.

My advice is do not buy online. I ordered online worth $262 and afterwords they did not send a single email to me regarding my order. They didn’t respond to my inquiries about where my order is in the shipping process. I texted multiple times and no response. they have horrible customer service.

This company is an absolute disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourself for scamming people. A company like you who has been established in this industry for a long time around. It’s shocking.I am still waiting for a refund. Customer service is a joke. So unprofessional. Each time I call I’ve been told my refund is on its way. Please don’t shop from this company.

STEER CLEAR! This has got to be the worst shop to buy from! They sent faulty clothes with holes and faults and are not willing to compensate. They don’t answer their phones, reply to emails and deliberately cut you off the phone! These sellers are defined as pure FRAUDSTERS!!

Shouldn’t even be rating it 1 star. Avoid this shop at all cost. They took in an outfit for my sisters mehndi, when it was time to pick up her outfit a month later. It was delayed and she was told to come a week later. A week later they had given her the wrong outfit! Disappointing her just a week before her mendhi absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Honestly seeing all the bad reviews couldn’t agree more.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE !!!!Absolute shocking service, they won’t give you an order number or confirmation of your order but are quick to take your money. Doesn’t pick up the phone for days and when they do, they don’t even know what they’re doing so try and fob you off with the “we’ll get back to you by the end of the day”… They don’t answer emails either, absolute mockery of a company. Lost a customer ! ! ! ! Never shop here unless you want to be robbed in broad daylight

They claim to be Muslim but are crooks. They have a no refund policy and don't hand out receipts. Your business will never have ANY barakah in it if you keep this up. Customer service non existent. Quality of clothes very bad, don't go here.
