When purchasing through them they are very helpful however if you then afterwards have any issues don't expect them to assist you, they are just not interested.

UPDATE: The team at CCTVDEPOT got in touch with me and have bent over backwards to resolve my issues - a new NVR is on the way. I would like to extend my thanks to team for their great customer service.I can echo the thoughts of the other review. They are very helpful when buying a new system however any after sales support is very poor. This is extremely disappointing especially when you are spending in excess of £1500 for a complete system.I have had problems with my CCTV since it was fitted where the NVR goes down and become unaccessible both locally and remotely. As a result, I have to reboot the NVR manually every week or so get it back up and running. I've contacted them numerous times only for them to remote login to my machine and tell me my system is not connected to the router i.e. they do not listen to what the issue is at all. My research suggests that the NVR is faulty but I don't hold out any hope getting a replacement from these guys.It's a shame as they seem very helpful at first but I would avoid and buy from a reputable CCTV security shop who have in-house fitters and good after sales support.

I'm surprised that a local business has such a far reach. I'm an installer and used to purchase from elsewhere until I came across CCTV Depot. Pricing is great and more importantly the technical knowledge of the staff is exceptional. Even installers get stuck from time to time but the staff at CCTV Depot have gotten me out of problematic situations due to their in depth technical knowledge.
