Excellent and trustworthy garage.I had both of my cars serviced and MOT'd here.One car failed MOT on emissions, so the guys cleaned it out and it passed after, instad of charging me for unnecessary repairs.Highly recommended.

As predicted, removed the tyre soap they'd left on to find both of my front alloys scratched. They were immaculate and being black they now have big white scratches in them. A basic lack of care and respect with other people's property.Update...... protyre agreed to repair my alloys unfortunately it took over a month. It took two weeks of me phoning which was ignored, leaving voicemail messages that were ignored, WhatsApp messages that were ignored, until I'd managed to hold of someone else via email. The area manager" actively ignores any attempted to contact them..... whilst my car was with them over night for the alloys to be repaired one of my other alloys that were completely immaculate was damaged even worse than the ones being repaired. The car hadn't be washed for over two months and as a result the wheels were filthy

For anyone considering getting your tires done here. To start with the parking is awful, more than likely you’ll have to park on the road. Secondly I had two front tires fitted here, unfortunately the lad fitting the tires must’ve not had a clue what he was doing as he managed damage the alloys quite bad, one had a groove around most of the wheel and the other had a few inches of paint missing. To make it worse he had the audacity to fit the tires and then tell me the car was done. It was only when I checked them that I realised he’d damaged both alloys.To be fair to the manager he arranged and paid for them to be repaired by a local alloy repair specialist however, it’s not what you expect when you just book a simple thing like changing the tires.Wouldn’t recommend getting your tires changed here.

Been using this place for a couple of years now. Great professional service. Make sure you book as they are always busy.

Stay away from this garage, the competent mechanics caused loads of damage to my car, went in for new breaks and a service and since then my car has cost my nearly a thousand pounds and all they do is claim it wasn't them, my breaks failed a week after they changed them, very dangerous and luckily i wasn't on a motorway, they said it was another issue that they had nothing to do with, literally a week after they changed my breaks and now a month or so after that my car is back in the garage, the mechanic asked if i had a service recently i said yes, he said theyve destroyed the pipes leading to the fuel filter and that now has now caused even more damage, once again protyre claim it wasn't them, they said they didn't change the fuel filter, well i paid for a gold service so they should have, either way they've robbed me and left me with loads of debt

Lost my locking wheel nut socket. Completely unwilling to help or accept any responsibility. Having to submit a complaint due to poor customer service and to recover cost of a new socket.

Friendly service. Sorted my car very quickly. Parking and driving in the area is a pain; lots of high-strung drivers; understandably, nothing Protyre can do anything about.

IV just came out of protyre Eastleigh. After a wobbly start of me being there at 8.30 for a wait appointment and the manager being hit with 2 X staff not turning up he was great. Cracked on with my car, then did brakes, pads and disks, most of which was unplanned. Your manager is an asset to you. Will be returning.

Initial booking didn’t go to plan however I can’t fault the service from the team there. Only place I trust to look after my wheels when replacing tyres and for good 4 wheel alignment.
