The design process was very efficient and the cabin was up in four days. The quality of build and level of service has been first class. We are delighted with the cabin.

Right from the start when we visited Garden Affairs in Trowbridge to discuss ideas and options to assisting with the planning application process, finalising specifications and communication re timings and logistics the service has been efficient, helpful and friendly. The installation process went very smoothly, the installers did a great job and were also courteous and helpful. We are delighted with the results. All in all, highly recommended.

We decided to buy a log cabin for our garden. After looking at many options online we chose Garden Affairs because the cabins are sturdy and well built and made to last a long time. A log cabin is a wonderful thing and it also adds value to our home. The installation crew did fantastic work and the electricians too. The process of choosing the cabin felt like a once in a lifetime experience. We recommend Garden Affairs and are very happy with our log cabin.

From start to finish, the level of help, service, and query resolution has been excellent, and we have been delighted. We ordered a Primo Office back in February this year and the no-pressure sales style was refreshing, especially in these Covid recovery times where it is often so different.The office product is superb quality and looks amazing. And all the staff we have engaged with Anna, Ben, Sebastian, and Richard have been excellent – the crew who assembled the office in the garden were polite and hardworking and did a great job. The same applies to the electrical work sub-contractors, Zak and Josh, who were brought in to wire the office up, and Doug who came to fix the few post-build snagging issues. All were excellent and a credit to Garden Affairs – I only wish all customer service was as polite and efficient!So, overall, we couldn’t be happier! Superb product, great service and it has cut my commute down from 1.5hrs to approx. 10secs! I understand one of our neighbours has placed an order for a similar product already so the word is spreading!Thank you Garden Affairs!

Looked at garden rooms from a wide selection of suppliers before settling on Garden Affairs. Unlike some there was no hard sell and we visited the display site several times before opting for a Linea building and specifying what we wanted.Delivery and installation last week was inline with the initial forecast. Easy people to deal with and the installation team were all very polite and helpful just getting on with things in a very profession way.The installed building is impressive in our garden and we are very pleased with it. We opted to use our own electrician for the final electrical fix and this has proven to be straight forward with the Garden Affairs team making sure we knew which cables went where.All in all a very good experience

Purchased Linea 4x2 garden building from Garden Affairs.Building is a great contemporary design as we had a small space and didn’t want any overhang. We also went for the green roof option which looks great from the bedroom.Entire customer journey from quote, order, delivery and installation was seamless. The entire Garden Affairs team communicated very well throughout, although there was a slight delay to confirming the production dates, as building is manufactured in Poland.Installation team, led by Doug, was fantastic and completed to a very high professional finish in just over 2 days.Very pleased with the finish, both interior and exterior.Highly recommended.

Dealing with Garden Affairs has been a delight from start to finish. We started out planning a garden cabin over 4 years ago and drove quite a distance to look at the assembled show cabins. We met Jude who was extraordinarily kind and patient as she talked us through the various options. Both of us are Librans so decisions don't come easily but year after year as we swayed this way and that, Jude remained quietly patient and understanding. We were sad to hear that at the point when we finally committed to a purchase, Jude had retired, unable to wait any longer! We need not have worried, the rest of the team are equally marvellous, Richard, Adam, Doug, Sebastian and Anna helped us through the ordering process and the planning application we chose to make. Delivery was exactly on time and as planned, Curtis, Ashley, Nick and Dan quietly, efficiently and courteously had the building up and finished in just 4 days. We still have a bit of fitting out and decorating to do but I have to say that it is everything we hoped and dreamed it would be. A fabulous and very worthwhile enhancement to the garden and to the property as a whole. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending the team at Garden Affairs to anyone.
