Fantastic service from start to finish.Phone appointment arranged with Andrew Brown a very pleasant man who explained all aspects carefully.He did talk about other products available but at no time was there any pressure to purchase.Great service would highly recommend !

Wanted a will- got a Will for a reasonable price. Simple service. Marked down as not informed of ‘add on’ costs until end of call of things which were ‘sold’ as something we needed such as tenants in common and power of attorney. Then lots of after calls for feedback and then an email request for a review. Spent more time reviewing, talking about power of attorney and tenants in common (things which I don’t need or don’t care about) than I did talking about the contents of my final will. So yes, happy with the will. Wish they were more upfront about add on costs and wish they didn’t keep bombarding for reviews

We have had the appointment on the phone and the lady we spoke to you was very nice, however I am unable to access my online account and check my will and my mother has not had any evidence that the power of attorney has been done. I have sent many emails to the support email address and not heard anything from them, I have also tried to contact the company via the telephone with not answer and have tried the Chat option, again with no answer. At the moment I am very concerned as we have spent almost £1000,00 for services we have not received.

Excellent and easy service to use.Excellent and easy service to use.We made a mirror will and added a property protection trust in place which incurs an extra charge, but valuable addition/protection for our family.Andrew Brown was our advisor and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.Covered LPA, but did not push us into paying for this, as we can do it ourselves through the .GOV.UK site.Excellent service, we can highly recommend.
