Since my complaint has been completely ignored by the clinic, I feel responsible to let everyone know what happened to me and in detail so that people can be aware of what to expect when contacting this clinic. The bottom line is: avoid them and look for better and more honest alternatives anywhere else.I contacted the clinic to have a food intolerance test, service that they said they could provide including nutritional consultation. This is what happened1) they have simply given me a test which they purchased online and added a mark-up of 350% on top without offering even the service that the online supplier offers. Yes, that's 3.5 times with less support.2) during the prick test I basically had to fill the probe myself and no further professional equipment was provided, just what included in the kit.3) I was able to review the results only on the day of the ‘consultation’, despite numerous requests to review it before hands so that I could have formulated some questions regarding the results.4) there was actually no consultation and I received no meaningful advice. As a matter of fact the nurse, despite being nice, had no capacity to give nutritional advice, was not able to interpret results, did not provide any information other than what red, amber and green means. She was googling some words even.The results made no sense whatsoever and no advice was given to me.I gave the opportunity to the clinic to provide explanations through a complaint via email, waited and chased again, but nope, I was completely ignored.I am at this point uninterested of what the comment of this review will be, as it will be fake and dishonest as the services they provide. I shall instead provide further evidence of my experience on other platforms, contact the actual test provider to make sure they do a due diligence and contact trading standards. I hope this will help other customers making their choice.

I contacted Harley Street Skin Clinic on a Saturday for an urgent appointment to get a cortisone injection on a cystic acne spot that had flared up. Anyone who has experienced a cystic blemish can attest they are painful, and should be treated as soon as possible. The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the procedure and was able to book me in the following Monday; I was impressed with how quickly they were able to accommodate me. Dr. Khan thoroughly explained the procedure, even though I was already familiar with it, and performed the procedure with as minimal discomfort as possible.

Left a message in the morning inquiring about getting a cortisone injection for my cystic acne. Was contacted shortly after and booked in for a same day appointment.During the appointment Dr Rahman was able to answer all my concerns and me feel at ease throughout the consultation and procedure.24hrs later the cysts have completely reduced in size, saving me from the prospect of hosting a birthday party with ugly cysts. Would recommend!

This was my first visit to the skin clinic and can absolutely recommend them . I was thrilled with my treatment. Dr Khan was very honest about what treatment would be best suited to my needs, and made me feel at ease throughout my procedure. I would not hesitate to return for more treatments.

I had an amazing experience at Harley Street Skin Clinic! Dr. Kahn is so experienced and makes you feel reassured (he takes time to answer your questions or concerns) and in such good hands. I'm SO happy with my results and feel much more confident. The team around him are absolutely lovely, warm and kind. I would highly recommend!

I had PDO threads and can say the results are sensational. I am nor one to leave reviews however I feel compelled to share my absolute joy with the results. Everything has been as described, my rehabilitation has gone exactly as they explained. I would highly recommend this procedure the Harley Steet Skin Clinic and especially DR Khan.

My visits have been very pleasant each time. Everyone is very friendly and comforting. My procedure (threadlift) was only yesterday so its too early to see the result as I'm a bit swollen.Dr Khan was very friendly and put me at my ease. There will be a a facetime call in two weeks and a follow up in person in 6 weeks. The receptionist was so kind after me procedure and went to get me a black cab.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Khan. I moved to London recently and for me it was difficult to be sure I was making the right choise when deciding the right clinic for my procedure. Quality had to be at the top. I was treated by Dr. Khan and listened to his advice when deciding the best procedure for me. I am so happy I did! Impressive professsional with extensive experience in the field. I had some insecurities with a part of my body. He advised me since the beging on the different options and the pros and cons as well as what in his professional view could work best for me. I felt so comfortable during the process and the results are impressive! Not only I do not have my insecurity anymore but also the results are natural as I was looking for. I feel nowmore self-confident. In a way, I have so much to thank them for :) I reccomend to anybody to go for a consultation and listen to them.

Extremely professional and friendly office, reception and medical staff.Received a very high standard of care and was thoroughly listened to. I am yet to be in receipt of treatment however the options they offer are appropriate both to rectify issues and to reform post treatment
