They don't have much here and im disappointed. The range of brands is quite small. The branch in Huddersfield (my hometown) caters to a much smaller town but has two floors and they have soo many brand counters now.I asked for dior, Chanel they didn't have it. Clarins, Caudalie, even all the fancy Xmas gifts online I barely saw them in the store. I was looking for sanctuary spa and all I saw was two shelves full of okay ish gifts. Come on Bradford you can do better! Only thing I was thankful for was that they had Mac and Fenty Beauty and a decent sized range of perfumes. Other than that they kept saying look online for everything I asked for. However walked out of there with the Champneys body butter for half the price so I am happy. But I would expect a city/town with a massive population number to have more and a bigger variety of inclusive brands.

Unfortunately went today and had such a negative experience. My sister and I felt like shopping and treating ourselves to some new make up. The boots ladies that work the counter were not helpful and barely no staff. One particular lady said I’d have to wait 20 minutes to be seen or come back because she was too busy sorting out paper work and later told me she was too busy as she was on the phone. We did discuss with the manager and she was helpful and tried to fairly rectify it. Wouldn’t come back to this store again though.

Visit 28/08/2023 late afternoon. Walked in with a painful and sore/dry eye. Saving me time trying to get through to my GP. I went straight to the pharmacy section and spoke to Asif, who kindly advised me of some eye drops. Easy to follow instructions and reasonably priced. I'm already feeling better. Thank you.

For many years Boots has been dispensing my regular medicine. I find the staff in the Pharmacy to be both knowledgeable and pleasant.Boots are also responsible for my hearing care. Lucy, my audiologist, knows her job very well and is very approachable. I had problems with part of my hearing aid last week and she found space for me, without a prior-arranged appointment. She was very helpful and very pleasant.Boots is also where I have regular eye tests. I find staff to be both knowledgeable and friendly. All in all Boots should be very pleased with themselves.Alison Blonder

Booked a hearing test in store, they were able to see me the following day. I had a full hearing examination & test which I thought was done very professionally & without charge.

It was difficult to find the items I wanted due to poor and confusing shop labelling. I had to request assistance as there was no logic to the shop layout. I'm surprised Boots are still trading as, in my view, they aren't customer friendly and have limited choice. It's as though they want you to get lost in the shop, in the hope that you'll buy something else which you didn't originally go in for.
