I bought my first mini from there. 2023. I was looked after by Jake Gallimore. He couldn't help me enough very professional arranged everything for me. I bought my mini on finance and he sorted all that for me. I also met the manager very helpful professional. I would definitely buy another car from them again.

Great sales experience. Car delivered to my door, showed me the specifics on charging etc. all good.However, when it comes to after sales.. my god they’re awful. The car was £85k so I, foolishly, thought taking the car back to the dealer I bought it from would warrant at least a little bit of courtesy. Seems I was wrong.From ringing up to get a price for a replacement tyre (they promise to call back, but never do), or whether it’s trying to get more than one issue sorted at once (you’ll get slopey shoulders and generally a public sector type response of “that’s not our department.. I’ll put you through to parts”, who then put you through to service, who then tell you you need to speak to a technician, who then simply leave you holding or put you back through to reception). No one takes ownership.When visiting to either drop off or collect the car, it’s not at all clear who you should speak to. Occasionally there’s a greeter, but more often than not you’re just left wandering looking for someone to help. This time I saw a service rep was sat down with no customer. I expected she’d jump at the chance of assisting.. I was wrong, she was too busy typing to even raise her head from the screen. So even though I was actually stood at her desk, she didn’t even turn her eyes from the screen. Now I’m sure she was busy, but Williams are in the business of serving customers face to face, if they can’t even acknowledge customers when they are clearly needing some help, then they’ve got serious problems. The odd person that works there are really helpful, one gent did take ownership and found out the answers to my questions. He clearly realises the importance of customer assistance. Unfortunately he seems to be the exception to the rule at Williams.Wouldn’t go anywhere near Williams for a car again.

Absolutely dreadful experience with this branch. I received a re-call on my car and after speaking to them they told me to call the urgent line to get my car recovered. The urgent line were very helpful and my car was collected within the hour. However by this time Williams Stockport had closed and after speaking to a bmw rep online they sent a referral through to them as I need a replacement vehicle. After speaking to them as soon as they opened they basically said because it’s not a booked in paying service we won’t give you a replacement care whilst your car is with is. So I have had my car taken with no notice due to mistake when they made the car and have been left with no vehicle and no help it is absolutely appalling leaving me with no way to travel to work and they have absolutely no process in place for an emergency which is there fault.

Great experience of my recent oil change at Stockport, from my initial engagement if booking a slot through to the day of the service.Dawn in the Service Department was excellent in her communication, keeping me updated on the progress.I waited for my car whilst it was being serviced and the team at Stockport were lovely.I’d have no hesitation recommending them.

If your car isn't worth over £100,000 they're not interested. No time to speak to paying service customers. Maybe if I was there to purchase an M8 they would have some time for me.I'm not interested in any reply or apology you can come up with. Your branch disgusts me. I really don't know who you think you are.Your service manager is an embarrassment to BMW!!!Please avoid this place if you value your sanity.I'm in the process of contacting BMW UK to make a proper in depth complaint about this awful dealership.Keep treating paying customers like you treated me and you'll soon be out of business.Absolutely shocking!!!

UPDATE: THIS ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED!!It’s been inspected twice now! Why the work isn’t getting carried out on the vehicle isn’t clarified. Its simply a front suspension or steering rack fault I am not a mechanic so I can’t pin point the issueBooked my car in for warranty work but they couldn’t find the faultI’ve also found a mark on my alloy wheels,which wasn’t there before I took it, I rang back and asked for the technician who looked over my car the following day and haven’t heard anything since.The clunk sound it was making is still not fixed and I’m not happy with the level of service I received hereAs you can heard in the video it’s still there

Unfortunately poor customer experience. The first booking was wrong with what should have been a waiting appointment. Car booked in the second time and once again they did not get it right resulting in hours sat around and wasted.Eventually a resolution with taxis being ordered, however far from ideal for a large BMW dealership. It seems the service staff are used to the complaints so not really bothered.
