Stagecoach

Stagecoach ant Trent Barton share the Pronto route. Never had any issues on the Trent Barton buses always paying the same price. Been overcharged several times whenever it's a stagecoach bus with the drivers arguing that they don't set the prices and that I'm wrong. Every time without fail they have then taken time to think and look on their system and noticed that I was right and had been overcharged. They then refund the difference with no apology and complaining that they have to void the transaction. Some training is definitely needed in regards to how the system works and how to talk to customers and apologise if you have done wrong. Seriously disappointed with the service.

I am using 141 for my commute to work. It’s beginning of February and it’s freezing cold outside. There is no heating in the bus and has not been during the entire winter. Very disappointed.
