Rubbish. As previous poor reviews have stated. Poor customer service. I got my nails done Friday and less than 24 hours, 2 of my gel nails have chipped off. Even the tip of one has gone. What I also noticed that once walk ins come through, they then begin to rush your nails so that they don't lose the customer. However, finishing touches of your own nails are then sloppy. I'm gonna have to go somewhere else to take them off and get them redone again. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely awful customer service, I asked for a certain design (one I got from THEIR instagram page) to which the man said they don't do designs there. I showed the man his own page to which he started laughing and said no. Furthermore I had to tell 3 different people what colour etc I wanted as they kept passing me around like I was an object. I ended up asking the man the leave my nails and walked out. I will never ever be spending my well earned money in a salon with 0 customer service skills who make you feel idiotic for wanting a design which they can't be bothered to do.

First set weren't to bad tho I got passed to like 3 different people girl was on video call whole time and my left set were much longer I had coffin style to the edges were left really shape . 3 nails did lift within 2 weeksSo thought I'd go back for my infil thinking maybe just a bad day but my infils are worse they are all uneven lengths she had to replace 3 nails didn't go further enough down so still look like I've got at least a qeeks growth they are all bumpy and way to thick in places I had a matt finish which bubbled off leaving me with patches of shiny nails just look a right mess

Overpriced and horrible customer service. One of the younger staff completely ruined my nails and had to redo them, the gel lifted anyways so my nails looked absolutely awful. They were also making fun of me in their own language and laughing at me. I got simple nails but had to pay £40 for it
