Wallasey Motorcycles

Passed my CBT with Wallasey Motorcycles. Very professional approach from my instructor, Big Mike, and the whole team. Morning spent going through the essentials of bike control and safety, then an afternoon observed road ride to put the skills into practice and for Mike to give some more expert tips. I’d recommend training with Wallasey Motorcycles 100%. Good range of bikes on sale, too.

I did a CBT with Wallasey motorcycles, I already had one but wanted to renew. I will say I had picked up a couple of bad habits whilst riding before I came to Wallasey motorcycles but Wallasey motorcycles helped me address these concerns and has made me a much better rider.I will be doing my full test with them in future. Their staff walked me through their process and costs, explaining in depth the next stages of i wished to progress to a bigger bike. I cannot fault the customer service nor the training I was provided. If I could give more than 5* I would

Not happy with tge service from here on parts needed.I contacted these because my usual dealer told me they had none in stock of what I needed.Urgently needed the bike back on the road so I purchased from here as he told me 3-4 days. I'm still waiting for the part. 10 days after.I was also told it was posted days ago , to ring up and be told its here today, il send it out.Not ideal as I could of gone elsewhere.

Great sales guy but the dealership building needs cleaning up, both inside and out, this alone would make it look more cared for and responsible before buying from here

I just want to thank all you guys at Wallasey Motorcycle, especially with your patience and help over the past 3 years. I have never met such a friendly bunch. I always get good advice and not forgetting the coffee... The things I have learnt on my lessons, have been invaluable, especially when on my bike. The instructors always give proper informative explanations. My Benelli 125BN was great and now I'm riding a Benelli 502c. Wallasey Motorcycles is a must if anyone is thinking of getting started in motorbiking. Happy days, Charlie... Oh and remember when I ran out of petrol when I first got my big bike.

So I called the shop to get advice on security for my stepsons Moped, I’d been looking online for a few days but was totally befuddled with what would be the correct size, weight and level of security.. I was greeted on the phone by Elliot, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Off the back of this call I drove from Maghull to Wallasey and was greeted by very friendly staff, Elliot got the products he had recommended and even carried them out to the car for me.. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough great customer service.. thank you ☺️

I did my cbt here 19th August 23 with Steve who puts you at ease he's relaxed but firm when needed patient and has a sense of humour. I originally booked with hot wheelz motorcycles for a cbt but all the bikes were to big for me or broken and lost my £170 which I'm still trying to get a part refund as it wasnt my fault. point is wallasey motorcycles is well astablished and reputable they can offer you a bike to suit you regardless of your height nothing was to much trouble at all it's £20 less than other places in all honesty I'm kicking myself that I didn't book my cbt here to start with but you live and learn this is the place to book your cbt

Had my CBT course today with Big Mike and it couldn't have gone any better! His passion and enjoyment for teaching the course came across at all times and his style really helped to learn the important things but also have fun and feel at ease at the same time, which I found particularly helpful when trying to build up my confidence at the very beginning. The guys in the shop were also very helpful afterwards in helping me pick out and buy the right bike for me to be able to get to work and back.
