Close Action Airsoft

Had a great day, very reasonable prices and a great set of organisers and players. Brilliant for all types of play but mostly suited toward AEG/snipers. Nice quick debrief too, and not too far to walk to start the game

One, if not the best airsoft atmopheres around.I have traveled to a few sites and the most disapointing part of the day tends to be drama.Played here a few times now and i can not recall a single bad mood or any drama, everyone gets on with everyone.During the breifing, the organisers brought up how Close Action Airsoft do this membership where if you paid £120, that covered all your games for 12 months and you have a voice in the future development of CAA.(You do not have to be a member to play by the way)Granted they play once a month, though rumor has it, that they up the games to twice a month during the summer.So if you were to take out this membership, any more than 6 visits during the year are free game days. \o/Constructive critism:* The site is Enormous, spread across the old WW2 american airbase.It would be nice to see a map in the safe zone so you know where, for example The hospital" or "The Water Tower" is if you have to restock at the safezone between matches.*I understand that during this pandemic

An ex-airforce base which has been removed and overgrown with trees and foliage, and now serves the public and the Airsoft site at the specific time 1 per month....it was a good experience, there was about 30-40 participants, quite a few newer lads... the games flowed quite well and everyone seemed to have a good time...there was parking for about 70-100 vehicles and the operator and his assistant stayed with the vehicles the whole time to provide security while the Marshall's ran the operation and liased with radios...98% woodland skirmish site, with bang forts, a few bunkers, hills, and mounds scattered throughout the site..would I go again?...yeah sure ...I'd give the site 3.5-4 stars, the Marshall's and operators 4-5 stars for being chilled and friendly, and the whole event/day out 4 stars for being enjoyable..if it had a few more bunkers/towers/barricades for cover, a drinking water supply and a portaloo I'd give it 4.5-5stars..
