Red Rover Dog Daycare & Fun Pool

Spent a lovely wee afternoon at this fantastic pool. The staff are so friendly and helped my dog to gain her confidence swimming. Would definitely recommend.

Wow, how good is it to find a doggy swimming pool!! The staff are great and the dogs have a fabulous time (although I don't know who enjoys it more - us or the dogs). Been a couple of times now and we have another couple of swims already booked. Well done for thinking about this and then bringing it to fruition

Phenomenal place with every tiny detail thought of. Took my dog to the pool and it was great. Safety instructions read out but also visual for throughout the alloted time of 1 hour. Amazing value for money & Jake also loved his pamper session after his swim! Will definitely be back and have recommended to fellow dog owners already!

Our dog likes a good paddle and we like swimming so this just had to be done. Red Rover is immaculate, cleaner than most human pools I have swam in. I hate hair but it was a hair free zone! Dog was unsure about the pool we encouraged her in and clearly she knows doggy paddle. She seemed quite amused circling the pool and licking the floor! When she went under the ramp we decided it was time to get out. Thoroughly enjoyed it, I would go again hoping she gets more confident. Such good fun!

My daughter uses this outstanding daycare centre for her dog Daisy and I can't praise it enough. The staff are are so welcoming, friendly, hard working and always go that extra mile to ensure the dogs have a fun day. Owners are daily updated with Facebook photos and videos of activities. A recent example was a Bake Off competition where dogs chose their favourite doggy cake which the staff had created for them!. Dogs birthdays are celebrated as well as any other notable events including the recent Coronation. Without doubt your dog is safe and well cared for in this spotlessly clean environment with its doggy spa and pool. Daisy loves her days at Red Rover Daycare.

Great experience for our dogs and we found it relaxing too.We had one hour in the dog pool then we gave our 2 dogs a pamper session in the well equipped grooming parlour,all in all simply excellent value.The boss (so sorry I forgot your name) was knowledgeable friendly and loved the dogs .He even gave our dogs doggie ice cream at the end for free. Plus the place is spotless!

Lots of fun. Private pool to hire which was very clean. They provide toys for the dog to play with too. The pool was nice and warm and there is a changing area at the back to get dry and changed. Would recommend it if your dog loves to swim. It is located in a busy doggy daycare and our dog is quite scared of other dogs but booking a later slot when the daycare was shut worked out amazingly for us.

Had a wonderful time introducing my dog Gatsby to water.Facilities immaculatePool is heated to a lovely temperatureChanging roomUnderwater windowTable and chairs for anyone watchingLifejacket providedToys for the poolEntrance to pool is a ramp both to the pool and inside the waterYour dog can paddle and work up confidence on the rampCrate for your dog while you change or introduce separate dogs.Staff are very helpful with tips and tricks (one even jumped in to help get Gatsby swimming) also offered to take pictures but otherwise left in privacy but they did emphasize the offer for assistance (great balance of customer service)Dog ice cream available for after the swim.I'd recommend taking a towel bag or fleece type coat for longhair dogs to dry off properly.Groomer is available by appointment if you wish.Pool chemicals are minimal. Nothing like as strong as a public pool. Zero irritation issues with my cavalier who has sensitive skin.The pool is so clean I think they must change the water entirely between appointments.The only possible downside is walking by the fenced in daycare dogs. Could be an issue for some dogs. Daycare dogs were wonderful and relaxed when we were there though. Just something some may need to keep in mind.We'll definitely be back. It was a fantastic day for us and a chance to do something a little different. Worth every penny. Make sure you take a camera!
