The choice of stock is quite good and the staff are really helpful. They allowed us to take 3 x sample tiles without charging us so we could see how they looked against our units. They didn't have the trims we wanted - so we went to a competitor to see if we could get them there. It turns out fashion dictates colour and style rather than the stockists!...but unfortunately we found some tiles at the competitor showroom that we liked better and ordered them. Of course we returned the loan tiles but felt a bit rotten about not placing an order as the customer service is really very good

Second time of buying our bathroom tiles, good service and great price too.However did ask the guy if he could reccomend a tiler, which he did. In my opinion I would not. We have rang this guy, left message after message without any bother in getting back to us.Not very professional!!!

Really poor, happy to take my money. When they sent the wrong tiles took no responsibility. Spent over 6 thousand pounds on tiles but unwilling to help. Would never use again and would advise people to stay away.

Cheapest tile place locally, offering quality tiles you can find in high priced shops online (I'm looking at you, Victorian Plumbing) for half the price. Guys working here are knowledgeable and happy to explain things without talking down to you. Some tiles are not held in stock but ordered for your collection, so do allow 3 - 5 days before the work to get your order in. Plenty of grout, adhesive and tools to buy same day though.

Bought new toilet and sink a couple of years ago. One month out of warranty and bits fell off toilet seat lid, the slow close toilet lid broke and the sink plug spring went. No responsibility taken by company, passed the book to manufacturer who then passed the book back to Almarad. Terrible service. Cheap fittings. Won’t buy from them again.

If I could give no stars I would! Staff were rude and ignorant to put it politely. Messed up the order not once but twice then tried to blame me for it. This was my first and last time using this company, avoid like the plague!

The staff were very friendly and helped us to choose the tiles for our bathrooms. After a mix up with the delivery they went out of their way to ensure that we had our tiles delivered on time and couldn't be more accommodating.We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
