had my caravan serviced today by Jamie (JB caravan & trailer service), the van was in France for 2yrs, so needed a really good look at. He has done a fantastic job, I have complete trust and faith in the expertise he offers. Unlike other people, if Jamie suggests something needs replacing then I don’t ever hesitate in giving him the green light. Had a new gas regulator/water pump and hose replaced. To be fair the pump was the original! His knowledge and experience is amazing. Can’t fault him at all. Much better than going to the main dealership (who probably charge more and I would doubt the work recommended would actually be required). All convenient and hassle free. Friendly and polite and leaves me with complete satisfaction and confidence for the coming season. Thanks Jamie. Same time next year please.
