we were in a nightmare not knowing how to work through this project not only dealing with a grade 11 listing but also needed 2 other freeholders to convince of the remedial building repair works required before the cosmetic works which we had no luck until we appointed Bryonn Architect Ninad and he persistently worked through all the obstacles and brought all parties together to work through it… from the planning dep to the builders / structural engineers and also put the freeholders at ease and pushed us through the requirements to start works.

Bryonn Architecture handled a planning application for us in Brandling Park. Although only a small application for a boundary treatment and gates, it was complicated due to the conservation area rules and objections. Bryonn handled the application successfully with quiet courtesy and professionalism.
