I had been looking to sell my 08 car and buy a newer vehicle to avoid the new congestion charges near by. Spoke to Sam on the off chance, having been quoted a range of prices by others. Sam was very accommodating and made the whole process a breeze. I delivered the car, it was looked at and then all the paperwork was done really efficiently. Called and sold within a day. Received a bit more than my lowest quote. So overall a positive experience. Thank you.

Sam was absolutely amazing from the the first phone conversation I had with him so I arranged to see him and he was very polite and professional and especially not pushy or doing all the sales tactics.Sam gave me his price on my Mercedes and paid me extra and we made a deal there and then and left happy as he paid me straight away.I would recommend this company as from my experience or just give them a go as you have nothing to lose…so once again well done to Sam for your wonderful service.

I didn’t sell my car to Sam because I had a better offer to scrap it. Confused why I’m still giving them 5*s? Sam was extremely kind to guide and tell me what to do instead. He could have easily scared me into selling the car to him like most traders do, but he didn’t! I see why people have given them such amazing rating. Absolutely recommend them!

We had never bought a second hand car before so we were naturally nervous. Sameer is very efficient and answered all of our questions. Soon after buying the car the boot latch didn't work but after contacting Sameer he said he would pay to have it done and he did! Really impressed and he commits to what he says he is going to do. Absolutely amazing customer service by each and every staff member! Especially Sam. I was looking to sell my car for a couple weeks now been to a few different dealerships my experience at this branch has exceeded above and beyond! Professional and extremely helpful would highly recommend to anyone trying to sell they car not only was it hassle free, but Sam himself was so honest and straightforward no time wasting.
