Sean was recommended to us by a local building company and has worked with us to produce a set of drawings for a potential loft conversion. Sean has been really helpful from the start, answering queries promptly and has been available to speak to whenever we have needed it. Our loft space is limited because the entire rear side has solar panels fitted, so Sean has come up with a workable set of drawings which avoid the need to touch the rear of the roof. He has also given us a plan B option if planning isnt approved. We are really happy with the service provided and would recommend Sean's services.

A great overall service provided by Sean. Agreed timescales for the plan to be produced which were met. Sean took time to explain the plan and made alterations quickly. The process was managed end to end with the result being the planning permission was accepted. Highly recommend!
