You can't fault the service they provide here, it's 1st class! The reception staff are so welcoming and if like me, you are a little anxious when it comes to the dentist, don't worry, the staff make you feel completely at ease. I've been to other Orthodontists and none compare. My teeth look wonderful, I'm absolutely thrilled with the final result. My new smile has made the biggest difference to my confidence, and apparently, I look younger! Dr Parr was very straight talking and I couldn't have been more prepared for what to expect. Thank you so much to Dr Parr and his staff, I cannot fault you!

Felt like dentists were apathetic and rushed my braces process and didn’t actually care about my orthodontic and maxillary health as they made me get 4 extractions on healthy teeth and I was uneducated at the time, I went through with it which I now know is completely unnecessary and actually causes a loss of support to the structure of the face. If they bothered they could have just IPR or a palate expander to actually correct the root cause of ny crowded teeth which is a lack of space in the jaw caused by my narrow palate. Also didn’t correct my bite or overjet and simply straightened my teeth and I have had to seek private orthodontic care now.

My son has been coming here since age 15. This practice is very friendly and professional. His own dentist told us he would need many teeth removed but the very skilled orthodontist managed to treat him without extracting any teeth. Two years later, my son has an aligned jaw and beautifully straight teeth, without any invasive treatment. We are very pleased.

Such a pleasant experience visiting my orthodontist, I saw Dr U Jahr to have my braces fitted. She was so lovely, gave me all the information and reassuring that I needed. Lovely staff and all in just can't fault the place!! Truly grateful!! Highly recommend!!

This dentist has a time management issue. I booked in with My Dentist Withington for 14:40, after arriving and realising there was no parking I was at the reception door by 14:45, only to find there was no bell or way of making engagement with the reception staff.After 5/6 minutes, I was finally greeted by someone who was quite rude and not very welcoming at all. The lady at reception told me to take a seat, before stating I was 'late' and that they may not be able to see me.Sure enough, 5 minutes later I was told I wasn't able to have my appointment as the dentist was now busy with someone else.From what I could see, my dentist was actually still engaged with the customer before me, so even if I was there early, I'd have had to wait for them to finish. As it happened they were just finishing as I was still sat there, so I don't understand why I could no longer have my appointment.I was then told to rebook my appointment, and whilst looking at my diary to check my availability was pushed for an answer by a very rude receptionist.This isn't the level of treatment you expect from a private clinic, very unprofessional, not very caring or welcoming.I have since tried ringing to complain, however despite their opening times stating they close at 4:30, trying to ring between 4:20 - 4:25 just gets you the answer machine which states they are closed.It appears this clinic has an issue with time management and professionalism.Furthermore, some positive reviews appear to be written by staff and ex-staff.

Really friendly service. Ged Parr did a great job on straightening up my lower teeth, and closing up the gap between my upper front teeth so that I have space on either side for two to be inserted where I didn't grow any of my own. They look great now I've got the braces off. I'm very glad I had it done, and felt in very safe hands.And I am loving wearing my complimentary pair of earrings in the form of brace clips, which I was given to remind me how lovely the braces look!

I used to be a patient of Dr S.Vine here, a few years ago. She was always professional, calm, clear and reassuring during all of my appointments.Dr. Vine showed me how to floss and use the inter-dental brushes correctly, something my hygienist at the time failed to do so.The reception staff were always smiley and professional in dealing with my queries. The waiting times would sometimes be just over 30 minutes. I guess with it being quite a busy Orthodontic, that's understandable.I am very grateful to Manchester Orthodontic: in that they were able to refer me to Stepping Hill Hospital for a two year brace treatment (recently began) which will possibly be followed by Maxillo-facial surgery.
