Travelex Foreign Currency Exchange and Travel Money

Karen was very helpful at Liverpool airport airside kiosk. She was polite and courteous and tried her best to help me with my currency issues. Would highly recommend using Travlex if you need more in-depth information about different currency’s.

Easy to use but too expensive, traded 1GBP to 3.9PLN could have got 5.4 in Poland. Avoid.

Raj at Travelex Liverpool (airside) was amazing, fantastic customer service with a smile and sorted out an issue we were having.We were initially supposed to fly out of Manchester however our flight was cancelled as we were going through security. We therefore couldn't pick up our currency airside and Manchester landside advised us it wasn't possible to pick up from there. We managed to get rebooked via Liverpool and once we got airside headed to Travelex. Raj couldn't have done any more and contacted his manager and the Manchester outlet and arranged our collection there and then from Liverpool. Was a huge help and meant we had currency for when we landed in Paris.
