Loved my nails. I made an appointment on line for a certain time, and requesting a specific beautician. On the day, the beautician I'd requested was already with another client and another beautician did my nails without asking me if this was OK . I was happy with the outcome, but feel that this was a very unprofessional way to run a business. Why offer timed appointments if you don't honour them?

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, staff were lovely and friendly. I showed them the design I wanted and they reproduced it perfectly. They lasted over 3 weeks and my friend also got a gel full set over 3 weeks ago and they are still on. Overall, I highly recommend coming here!

I never complain and never write reviews but this was so bad that I cried myself to sleep last night.3 weeks in advance I scheduled my appointment specifically asking for Sophie and acrylic GEL nails. Upon arrival (3 mins earlier), Sophie just put plastic tips on some other lady and I was thinking I will have to wait which is fine I was not in a rush. Another tehnician" sat down and said she will be doing my nails. I said I ve booked my appointment with Sophie her response was "I will be doing your nails
