Cannot fault the service received from Dave. When contacting him he runs through possible solutions on the phone unfortunately as unable to resolve Dave attended the next day.He eventually repaired in his workshop returning and refitting the machine the next day. Throughout the process was kept well informed. Excellent customer service and value for money. Would certainly recommend for your repairs.

Great guy. Talked me through steps to assist me. Didn't try to make a steak dinner off of me and instead had genuinely tried to help and save us money. Definitely my go to from now.

Called today because my washing machine was leaking after i had a look and couldn't figure it out, spoke with dave who was very helpful washing machine is now fixed,i would highly recommend him first class in everyway

i researched a few washing machine repair businesses and phoned up Isherwood's to make an appointment. Dave answered my call and after a few questions he advised me to try again with a load of washing. He thought my problem was I had unbalanced the drum due to washing a single heavy garment.(this advise was offered free of charge) Turns out he was absolutely correct. Needless to say I will use this firm again and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Dave is a great find. He gave me advice on an error code that my old machine was kicking out.He found me a machine to match the big online retailer who change Sun bulbs.Brought it in, unhooked the old machine, changed the hose as the old one was dripping. Installed the new machine, gave me a quick guide, answered my questions. He took the old machine away.

Excellent service from Dave. such a friendly man too. Nothing was too much trouble. He even hoovered out my tumble dryer for me . Highly recommend

I had an issue with my washing machine almost setting on fire , I gave Dave a ring as I have used his services before and found him to be very knowledgable and at a good price .On arriving at my house as soon he saw the issue he knew exactly what it was , the door lock had burnt out he then proceeded to make the machine safe and told me that under no circumstances should I use the machine adding that he could fix the machine but it would almost certainly be a reoccurring fault and not safe . He recommended that I check the manufactures website as this was a known problem and they were recalling certain models . After I had checked I told him my model wasn’t one of the models on recall .NOW THIS IS THE REALLY GOOD PART .Dave advised that I take photos of the burnt lock contact the manufacturer direct and explain what had happened and an independent engineer had advised that the machine was unsafe and should be recalled in line with the other models that had been . Which is exactly what I did at first they were not very responsive to me but with a bit of perseverance they did accept my point and gave me a brand new replacement . My machine was 6 years old out of warranty with no breakdown policy on it . Thanks Dave
