Terrible customer service and very strong awful odour of fish from food. Very hard to understand when ordering food for takeaway resulting in the wrong food being delivered. After ringing the restaurant immediately after delivery they say it is not their fault as the order should have been corrected at time of order and they will do nothing about it. New to the area and will never use again.

Ordered food from here for 4 of us on Monday evening, nearly broke my arm with the weight of all the food we'd ordered, tasty appetising food, reasonably priced, great variety on the menu, wish this place was my local.....

Hi my last order didn't smell to great it was the duck and I heard that you also buy ducks from customers locally that they have road killed, I'm not happy with service either.

This is my ‘go to’ Chinese restaurant in Stowmarket. A large choice of dishes, all competitively priced.I haven’t had a bad experience here and would recommend.The only thing I wish they would sort out is a card reader machine. The cash only situation isn’t ideal and I’m sure it puts people off as it can be inconvenient.

A great big thank you to China City, who very kindly donated some Chinese Food for Juniors, at Boys Brigade, to taste tonight, celebrating Chinese New Year. The children thorougjly enjoyed the evening with the chicken balls, prawn crackers and Chow mein being favourites. The children went home full, with menus and fortune cookies. Thank you once again.

Terrible food!!! Worst I have ever had from a Chinese takeaway anywhere!!! Full of huge chunks of green pepper flat and greasy pancake rolls lumps of boiled then fried soggy tasteless chicken and meat!! And expensive!! The majority of our meal ended up in the bin!! On the Whole, an insult to Cantonese cuisine. You can only pay in “cash” no card payments! No receipts!! A bit of an anomaly these post-Covid days!! But very convenient for China City!! if not for you!!! Stay clear!!!….

Food very nice but beware menu on their website is out of date and delivery is no longer free although it says it is on the website.
