A bit of miss communication from my self lead me to getting the wrong answers. However, with the professionalism of the guys here, they swiftly corrected my questions with a phone call and all issues / questions raised were resolved. Sell some nice cars and have a brilliant customer service team.5* effort, apologies again.

Very disappointed services, I paid deposit of £500 with agreed fresh Sep 2023MOT, ( still advertise March 23 not Sep ) serviced after my mechanic check car was losing water from Wales to Newark and sale advisor Paul said car is still ok for sell. From £3,999 car is advertised less £3,495. Paul refuse to send my deposit as the deal wasn't fulfil. I wish that you avoid this garage as they their service don't keep promise and are not professional. If you read more reviews you see I am not alone. Unfortunately, I did not read them as I really needed a car as I travel for work miles away cross all the UK and my mechanic said let it deliver as I can check it and still you will have car. I would end up with more expensive on this car than they did. Not recommended garage at all !!!To sum up from solicitor:You should exercise your short term right to reject within the first 30 days of purchase and they should give you full refund plus any charges you have paid to transport if the losing water problem is not one that they declared at the time of paying your deposit. Consumer Rights Act 2015 is what you rely on.Why the car cost less now!! ?? if you did all expensive work! I will get mechanic report and letter to send it over. Your WhatsApp communication was very poor and not sending any terms & condition of my deposit. I was asking many time for email where I have it in written form.Our first communication via phone was yes timing belt was change and after communication with my mechanic was no !! I think you made up things for you. I need car but I can trust and not have more expensive! My mechanic safe more than £500 a lost as you would sell me not readable car. There is The Consumer Rights Act you should keep if you deliver car and didn't keep the terms I should be able to get my deposit back."

Purchased a Jaguar recently and within a short time had a major issue which prevented me from driving the car. The issue was with a major fault which couldn't have been foreseen. Spoke to Paul and Andy and they advised me to get a diagnostic from a local garage as I am 200 miles away, informed both of the issue and was told to carry out the repairs which I did. I was fully reimbursed the day after sending the invoices - no quibbling they was just wanted me to get the car on the road. Would I recommend YES , would I purchase another car from them YES. Be warned not very good company to deal with , one of the 2 Paul's not very helpful after engine on Audi A4 we boght 6 weeks earlier blew , was told by trading standard we were within our rights to a part refund or garage are to repair , only had car 6 weeks when problem arrised, spoke to Paul and he said the car had been hammered and he even said it was seen doing 140mph on motorway , did agree refund of £3200 then a week later made more excuses and said he would only give £2700 , Paid just under 5 grand for car , were worried how much it would cost to go court so took money , feel I have been robbed, be warned dont touch.What a load of rubbish , you are a liar and you had the car for nearly 2 month and I would like evidence he was doing over 100mph , only knew you reduced from agreed £3200 to £2700 last week , he was probably worried what I would say , he now still as to pay for loan for a dodgy car you sold him , £3200 was bad enough and tell Richard I am more and happy to come to your garage to see you all , also a local car dealer I know and he also knows you well will be more and happy to come to get all your answers and your evidence ,Paul do the right thing and pay the other £500 pound and that will be it and you only take a hit of £1800 as it was nearly £5000 grand he paid in the beginning.Many thanks DH.

Bought a X3 from these guys, had an issue with the gearbox, these guys came to collect car, had it checked out by their mechanics, fault was located and Paul at Briton sales paid for the repair. If you want to find out the quality of a seller in this area it's in their after sales service, and only 5 stars cover these guys for that, thanks very much indeed, very happy:)

Recently purchased an automatic ford focus from here, drove it home only to find the coolant disappearing with no visible signs of external leaks, and the heater not working in the car.Paul arranged for recovery of the car, and a few days later had rang to say it was fixed and ready for pickup.Haven't long got home and more than happy with the car, the coolant now remains where it should, and the heater also works as it should.If your looking for a good condition second hand car, I'd recommend having a look at Briton Ferry Car Sales first - Good customer service and more importantly, they won't fob you off like some other places do, which is always nice.All in all a positive experience :)
