Kingfisher Event Caterers

We used Kingfisher for our wedding in August and we were so happy with how everything turned out. The food was amazing (we went for a bbq option) and so many people complimented the food and I loved how generous the amounts were (literally catering staff coming round to everyone handing out so many plate refills). Big shout out to Laura the catering manager - she is simply amazing. So, so efficient and organised. Couldn’t do more to help everyone and we felt so at ease with her looking after us. All the young staff were so well trained, polite and capable. Cannot recommend this organisation enough they were key to the successful running of our day and we are extremely grateful. Thank you Kingfisher for making our day the best it could possibly be.The food was excellent. We would highly recommend the pies – the best pies you will ever eat. Generous portions, everything cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. What we really valued was the way they met dietary requirements with ease – our gluten free guests were beside themselves that they got pie.The team on the day were professional, joyful, and efficient. All needs were anticipated and met with extra personal touches.Event manager Laura – absolutely outstanding. Our hostess with the mostest. We were able to fully relax in the lead up to the wedding and on the day, because we had complete trust that Laura had everything under control. Nothing was too much, she was thorough and detailed – guiding us through the whole process. She worked amazingly well with all the other vendors in our wedding, clearly communicating with them – who have all fed back how wonderful she is. She leads an efficient team who all evidently enjoy their job. She pulled out all the stops to ensure we had the best day, including showing us her amazing dancing skills – jiving to Tiger Feet and leading the Time Warp with her team behind the bar (which we would highly recommend – fabulous cocktails).Thank you just does not seem enough to express how grateful we are to Laura, Dan and the Kingfisher Team. We would highly recommend them!

Kingfisher Catering we’re an absolute hit at my wedding! We wanted a BBQ but I didn’t like the idea of people queuing. They suggested their platters which were, in a word, divine!!! We ended up having sharing platters for every course and the guests LOVED it. The food was amazing, the staff couldn’t do more for you and the drinks were flowing! I can’t thank Dan, Laura or the team more, they really did help make the day extra special!

So pleased with the service & food by Kingfisher Caterers for our wedding on July 1st. They were fantastic from start to finish. Thank you so much for delivering an amazing day of food and drinks for our wedding day. The team braved the rain with such a positive attitude and didn't let it stop them ensuring all guests were well fed and always had a drink in their hand. Laura was incredibly attentive and the team adapted timings for dinner at the very last minute to allow us half an hour to take photos in the sunshine! The guests loved the espresso martinis! We had the most wonderful day and are very thankful to Kingfishers for the part they played.

Dan and his team catered for our Wedding last summer.The process was absolutely seamless, Dan was perfect throughout the whole planning and the day itself. Our wedding was delayed due to covid, but Dan stayed in touch with us, extremely accommodating including making last minute dietary changes and changes to seating arrangements etc. He and his team were polite, professional but also very laid back, taking the worry out of the catering and enabled full confidence it would all work out.The food itself was 5*, our guests talked about it constantly for months afterwards. Price wise, very competitive, excellent value for money. We would use him again without hesitation, 100% recommend.Dan, thank you for all you did for us, our day was lovely, and a lot of that was down to you and your team taking the stress away.
