James is a physiotherapist with true healing hands. He has helped my recovery from a neck injury which reduced the recovery time significantly and quickly relieved the intense pain I was suffering at the time. He used a mixture of acupuncture, massage, and exercises to help me.He also helped when I was training to run a marathon last year and picked up a thigh in jury. He is always prompt to reply to my enquiries. Totally professional and listens to me and tailors treatment to my needs. I have recommended him to many people over the years. Highly recommended to all.

PROFESSIONAL AND COMPREHENSIVE PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR SPORTS INJURIESI first saw James in 2015 after pulling my hamstrings playing rugby. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. His treatment was comprehensive and I returned to sport stronger and fitter than I had ever been.Last year I tore my meniscus, also playing rugby. I did not hesitate to contact James as a result of my superb previous experience. Together we managed to reduce my knee pain, avoid surgery and I was quickly able to return to training. As a result of James being an ex top class rugby player, he understood the injury and the need to return to training 100% ready.I was impressed with just how much James could fit into a session. Injury assessment, exercises, massages, ultrasound and heat treatment as well as a full training plan to take away and regular support via text and email.
