I had a load of files on an old retired laptop that I wanted to retrieve so I could transfer them to my current laptop, but I couldn’t even get the laptop up and running in order to get at the files.Vanni was able not only to get the files off the machine onto an external drive for me, but he also did some magic to make the laptop usable again so that someone else can benefit from it!He is clearly very knowledgeable about all aspects of IT.
