What a lovely clinic! Anna is amazing, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She put me at ease as soon as I arrived, answered all my questions which were concerning me about the treatment & nothing was too much bother. It was very relaxing - not sure if I’ve seen results yet as I may have over done it over xmas however I’d defo go back and she offers a good range of other treatments.She also went above and beyond to get me out of a predicament I found myself in which she didn’t need to do but she was amazing and I’m very grateful. Restored my faith in humanity that there’s truly caring people out there. Thanks again.

I have used Anna's services for a while and have found her to be extremely professional. She knows her products/services well and is able to explain what is happening and how to use them with ease. I am always made to feel welcome and definitely feel like I'm being looked after. I highly recommend The Cryo Clinic.

Had one session of teeth whitening and was so impressed with the results. Having had a teeth whitening session a few years ago that wasn’t great, I am really pleased with this procedure.

Very unpleasant experience. Booked a teeth whitening session (never had this treatment before so had no idea what to expect) as a birthday treat. Made to feel belittled by the therapist for not being able to listen to her instructions and read them from a leaflet on the wall them at the same time. Explained I needed time due to ADHD but it made no difference. Felt like I was being rushed and made to feel stupid, I actually cried during the treatment from frustration. I wanted it to feel like a special treat but I could not get out of there quick enough once it was over, so much so I nearly fell down the stairs. Would never go back after such a humiliating time. To top it all, the treatment made NO difference !!No stars, unfortunately I had to put 1 to be able to post this.Response says it all. 1st, everything I said was true. Saying I refused' to follow instructions is not true. I struggled

Anna was amazing and informative of the teeth whitening experience. The whole process was professional and easy to follow . The barn was easy to find with free parking outside the door. The results were amazing and I will return . Thank you Anna .

Anna is absolutely amazing and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, I lost 8inch with my first session and the facial I had whilst having the treatment was so relaxing my skin felt fantastic after. Will definitely be returning and recommending My Medi-Spar ♥️
