Exceptionally poor after sales service when you have issues. The handles on the windows are cheap and of poor quality and the guttering they fitted is not fit for purpose. It overflows when it rains, the levels are completely out and it then drips for 2-3 days. I have been fobbed off continuously now for 2 months with various excuses and reasons for not turning up. Now they just ignore any form of contact.Do yourself a favour and do not go anywhere near this company. They used to be good however not sure what has happened but they no longer care and the quality of the workmanship is poor. Jack of all trades and definitely master of none!

Best price for first-class workmanship! I had seen Stroud windows being installed to new property in Westgate and really liked the style and speed.On investigating for my bungalow...all windows really seen better days..I sent for three quotes and Stroud came out at a very attractive figure for eight windows. Waited five weeks but, once here, the installers were swift, pleasant and helpful as I could not move furniture or remove curtains etcThree days and gone with a friendly wave. My home is brighter and warmer already. I would recommend Stroud to anyone seeking a really good job at an exceptional price.

I am very happy glass units wear no good water in units and Black seal leaking inside Totalglaze Window fitted new glass units prise was goodThere was a mistake made in the manufacture of one unit but it was soon rectified and I am happy with the outcome thank you.Friendly and helpful service PIF on completion.

After a couple of less than positive experiences with Stroud windows I was fortunate enough to get through this time to Tony Stroud who agreed to deal with the problems I was having with my windows and doors. I cannot speak highly enough about Tony, his knowledge, efficiency and attention to detail. I really appreciated his help and pleasantness. However since I posted this positive review and after a further 9 WEEKS and several phone calls during which I have been pleasantly fobbed off with various promises that they would come 'this week or next week'I am sorry to say that I am still waiting for the them to come to fix problems that all agree are covered under the warranty provided at the time of purchase. I cannot believe how unreasonable and unprofessional the Strouds are even if they do it in a plaeasant way.
