Very helpful and respectful staff. Pleasant environment, with plenty of space to sit while waiting,( the waiting was minimal). Very thorough and professional testing of eyes and hearing. Excellent.

The staff were very thorough and gentle, only, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't wear a mask. A male staff who measure me for my glasses, breath wasn't pleasant. Other than that I would have scored 10 out of 10.

I came here about 5 years ago now and have never gone, or wanted to go anywhere else. Staff are very lovely, professional, and friendly. Thorough eye tests, and great range of glasses to pick from. I tried out contacts for the first time too, and they offer great direct debit plans for those. Highly recommended!

Lovely staff, very kind & helpful. No hard selling. Lots of explanation of tests & why. Lots of checking that I was ok & comfortable. A lot of time spent helping me choose frames & the most appropriate lenses. Very happy with my visit.
