I was treated with a lot of warmth and respect when coming to for a haircut. I had asked if I could have my hair washed with my own products (because of scalp condition) and everything went great. I don't remember the name of the hairdresser but he was lovely, helped me decide a good cut for my hair and also didn't ask a million questions (which is what I usually dreading, going to get a haircut). I'm really grateful, it was a great experience and completely affordable prices.Too bad I don't live in Norwich, or I'd go every time :)

I called this morning and managed to get a last minute appointment in before lunch time. I had Maria and she was awesome. She did a great job with my haircut today, I had long thick hair that was cut to just above my shoulders, with layers and a curtain style fringe. It was a bonus she was quick too, usually when I get my hair cut it takes a while but today was speedy (but not rushed)! Love it! Thank you <3

First time having my hair done at Esteem today as my normal hairdressers shut down. Absolutely amazing service, they're all so friendly and easy to talk to. Nicole did half-head highlights and a cut and blow dry for me, she knows her stuff. Highly recommend!

Will has been cutting and colouring my hair for a couple of years and have always been thrilled with the results. I recently decided to try and grow my hair and went back to Will to get it coloured and a trim to continue to grow it. When I got home I realised I hated it! I rang Will in a state and he kindly fitted me the next day and cut it back into its original shape and I am delighted with it! I am so grateful to you Will. Thank you.

A lovely relaxed hair salon the staff are very friendly. Mikey cut my hair for the first time yesterday. He listened to how I wanted it, he done a fabulous cut and blow dry and I am very pleased with it, see you soon Mikey

I had my hair cut by Maria. She was very warm and welcoming and really knowledgable about hair health. She helped me find the right products for my hair which I later purchased and now my hair feels so much healthier. Would definitely recommend :)
